Reagents needed: plasmids, primers, histag purification, bacteria & associated

(1) PCR reactions needed for all 4 plasmids to allow the making of 2 PCR products for each plasmid pair giving: Ferritin-SpyTag & SpyCatcher-nanobody (anti-GFP)

(2) Test the removal of GFP from solution using the full complex

Aim 1: Assess the ability of Ferritin-nanobody to remove/neutralize protein from solution

If time allows one can try to remove another nanobody based target (plan ahead)
